We operate four distinct business, Residential Sales, Chartered Surveying, Property Management and Lettings and Commercial, all of which compliment each other. The Residential Sales Company has operated for almost 30 years selling properties throughout Hadleigh, Benfleet, Thundersley, Leigh-on-Sea and is headed up by resident partner Mike Hopkins and his experienced and highly trained team. The Chartered Surveying Company is overseen by our resident partner Guy Imray B.S.c, M.R.I.C.S. who provides residential, commercial and valuation work throughout Essex the surrounding counties and London. The Property Management and Letting Company is run by resident partner Sally Hardes who has been with us since 1994. Our lettings team provides a service which is constantly commended covering all of Castle Point and Essex. The Commercial Company is run by Paul Brand and therefore benefits from a knowledge base and experience rarely found in the industry. Paul has the ability to deal with all aspects of commercial transactions including lease, re-assignments and freehold sales.
